How To Heal An Itching Vulva Accompanied With A Cheese Like Discharge?
Hi yes , I have really bad itching on my vulva and minor paper cut like cuts on my vulva as well. I also have like a dirt type gooie substance that I see when I wipe my self. I also have a very thick cottage cheese like discharge and tenderness to touch.

Itchy vulva with cheesy discharge is suggestive of fungal infection.
To clients in my clinic with similar complaints I prescribe oral antifungal tab fluconazole 200mg one single dose. Also candid pessary placed vaginaly for 7 nights also help. Treatment of partner is also important as you may get it again after resuming intercourse.
