How To Have Normal Motions For A Toddler?

Hi, My daughter has frequest problems of tight stool. She is 2 year 7 months old now. We take her to doctor and then the problem gets resolved for sometime but it appears again after some time. Further there were complications before where she had loose motion when we cure for tight stool and later she would have tight stool when we cured for loose motion. So it was becoming a vicious cycle for us. Can you please suggest what need to be done. We asked a surgeon also to seek his advice but he told that everything is fine with her.

Thanks for the query.
I can understand your concern.
If everything is normal like gaining weight, activity is normal, milestones normal, exept bowel movement there is nothing to worry.
Still here are some remedies.
Eating healthy foods — whole grains, fruits and vegetables — and drinking more water each day. Children should have no more than 120 ml of 100% fruit juice per day.
Staying active throughout the day. This will help keep bowels working well.
Teaching your child not to hold a bowel movement.
Explaining that regular bowel movements are normal and important for good health.
Not using negative words like “dirty” or “stinky,” because they can make your child feel self-conscious about going to the toilet.
Hope i helped you.
