How To Have A Successful Conception?

Doctor,am 24 yers old lady having 65 kg weight and 154 cm height.my husband 25 yrs old with 70 kg weight 164 cm height.am married since 2 yrs.form last 6 months we are trying for a child.but we can,t reach our goal.after coitus all the semen drawn out,i think it can't get inside.wat can i do doctor.am in severe mental struggle due to this.

Hi,

Welcome to HealthcareMagic .

Since you are trying for conception from 6 mths I would suggest you to go for IUI. It is intrauterine ingestion of sperms .

Here sperms are washed and processed and healthy sperms are placed in uterus . Since sperms are placed directly into uterus problem of spillage of semen is avoided. And it is made sure sperms reach uterus.

For this you are adviced to take ovulation inducing drugs like clomephine . This helps multiple follicles to mature and rupture . Thus increasing chances of pregnancy . You may try 4 to 6 cycles of IUI before proceeding further .
