How To Handle Stress?

Hello Next week I m starting with my exams and I have a big problem concerning stress. When I m in a stressy situation (like when making an exam) I get the constant urge to pee, like immediatly, even when I didn t drank that much .How can I overcome this problem? My result are suffering under this, I can t stop thinking about it...King regards.

I think, you have performance anxiety. In that case, you can take few antidepressant like paroxetine with benzodiazepine. That would help you to control underline anxiety symptoms. You can also try some relaxation exercise like JPMR or deep breathing exercise. Better to consult a psychiatrist for further management. In case, you need further help, you can ask.
