dear friend
glandular fever or kissing disease or mono is a viral infection which is usually self limiting
only symptomatic treatment is offered in most cases
it is associated with prolonged fatigue and in young adults lymph node enlargement is often noticed.
your smoking cannabis will neither help nor harm.
take plenty of fluids and rest with prescribed medication it will pass off in some time
