Hi,

'Stiffness in your knees and overall' does not seem to be due to the side effect losartan potassium.

Losartan potassium is an angiotensin receptor blocker commonly used to treat high blood pressure and heart failure.

Its common side effects include low blood pressure, increased blood potassium, and dry cough.

Stiffness in the joints could be due to inflammation of the joints which needs to be evaluated with certain lab tests to rule out arthritis.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
