Hi,I am Dr. Amitkumar Sharma (Internal Medicine Specialist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I am a runner and love to do yoga. 6 weeks ago while doing splits, I heard a big pop in my R buttocks, then have had severe pain when I walk up hills or stairs, or move my leg backwards. It has been 6 weeks of rest and ice and ibuprofen and it's getting worse. WOndering what you think this is - specifically the pop - and what else to do to make it better. Thanks
