How To Get Rid The Indigestion, ibs And Gastric Dumping?

What is the best diet for someone who has had their gall bladder removed and suffers from heartburn and indigestion, ibs and gastric dumping. I am currently taking40mg of pantoprazole and 300mg of nizatidine per day. I do not drink alcohol or coffee and avoid foods high in fat but still get indigestion problems

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history and understood the concerns.
Gall bladder surgery means the whole gall bladder is removed and hence the store of bile which is concentrated for release when the mixed food in the stomach reaches the first part of duodenum. Bile is used for saponification of fat in food hence a you have to avoid fatty, oily and fried food to have proper digestion.
Heartburn is usually due to GERD and hence should be avoided by taking a PPI like Omeprazole, domperidone and an antacid.
IBS is a functional disease hence should be tackled by reduced stress and anxiety. Appropriate medications be taken when required.
If required go for upper GI Endoscopy, colonoscopy and tests of blood, urine and stool to get any additional information to be treated appropriately.
