Three weeks back i met with an accident& got injury neer eye which stitched about 4cm yet i feel little pain& some swelling which vary time to time also i have visibile scar.please advise and also pls advise should i go for plastic surgery? To remove scar

It seems from the history that you are having a scar near the eye following injury.
Once the inflammation and swelling are reduced the scar can be treated by cosmetic surgery.
Since face is highly vascular part and heals rapidly cosmetic surgeries can be done with good results.
Hence I advice you to consult either oculoplastic surgeon or plastic surgeon for treatment accordingly.
