How To Get Rid Off Redness And Irritation On Scalp?
I have redness and irritation on my scalp and soon developed pimple like things that ooze out clear fluid.. Its just on the top back part of my scalp. I always wear my hair up even when its wet. I ve just started.using t gel n it doesn t seem to be helping at all. Please help me

From history it seems that you might be having some infection on scalp giving rise this problem.
It might be due to having,
1, Dandruff,
2, Dermatitis,
3, Farunculosis.
4, some bacterial infection.
Consult Dermatoloigst and after proper diagnosis, he will go for treatment accordingly.
