Critical Care Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

The main problem in the Parkinson's disease is muscle rigidity. So we should either increase the dose of Syndopa or limbs physiotherapy and speech therapy should be increased if physiotherapy is not being maintained on a regular basis.

One assistant should always be there in continuous nursing care for such patients. Such patients need continuous support and spiritual motivation to come out from that rigid state apart from medications.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Mohammed Abdullah
