How To Get Rid Of White Accumulation Underneath The Penis Skin ?

i have white accumulation underneath the penis skin i clean it always but it returns. as i clean it in the morning at afternoon it gets accumulated. its been 2 weeks having such problem. today during cleaning i saw some reddish part at inner skin of the penis.
what can i do to get rid of this?

Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have problem of thick white cheese material getting accumulated beneath the foreskin.

This is termed as Smegma, It is dried secretions of mucus secreted by mucus glands located in glans penis .Normally this is very minimal and hardly seen if one washes genital while having bath,

But if it is in excess it gets dried up around the glans beneath the foreskin.Please take antibiotics like Norfloxacin twice daily for a week .

Please ensure to wash your genitals with warm water twice daily .
