General & Family Physician Dr. Mohammed Tauseef's  Response
Hi, Welcome to Healthcare Magic Forum.
Dark circles may be related to hereditary factor, due to stress and illness, smoking and alcoholism, nasal congestion, pigmentation irregularities, Sun exposure and allergies. Mild to moderate dark circles often respond well to simple measures. Try a cold compress, with two chilled teaspoons wrapped in a soft cloth to temporarily reduce dilated and discolored under eye blood vessels.Elevate your head with two or more pillows to prevent puffiness that develops when fluid pools in your lower eyelids. Sleep for a minimum of 8 hours daily, avoid stress and Exercise regularly.
Good Luck.
