Hello,
I can understand your concern for your symptoms.
1) Postpartum fissure generally does not require surgery.
2) You have taken Flexon for long time, it is advisable to discontinue it.
3) You can use anesthetic agent ointment for local application at anal region for quick relief of pain.
4) Excessive straining to pass hard stool also contribute for development of pain after passing stool. Therefore it is suggested to use stool softener or laxative to reduce straining.

Hope I answered your query. If you have any further doubts, I would be happy to help you.
Have a nice day!
