How To Get Rid Of Tender Lump Of Calf?

I fell 9 days ago and had a hard hit to my calf. The bruising, which was about 6 inches long and 5 inches wide is disappearing but I have a large, 2 in diameter, definable lump that is a little tender to the touch. The lump is firm. Is there a concern here?

Hi,
From history it seems that there might be having big hematoma following hard hit injury.
Now hematoma is resolving and localized.
Apply ice pack 2-3 times a day for few days.
apply thrombophob on the lump.
Ok and take care.
