How To Get Rid Of Strong Smelling Urine?

My 2.5 year old son has had what we assume is a cold for 2 days(because it s been going around our house) a mild fever that is decreasing and now strong smelling urine. I m wondering is it from dehydration because we had a difficult time getting him to drink fluids(although he s getting better) or something more.

Hi,
Thank you for asking question on health care magic.
Unlike infants the urine of infants the urine of older children smells.
Give plenty of fluids and if the smell is really intense, get the urine examined microscopically to rule out urinary tract infection.
Hope this answer will serve your purpose
Please feel free to ask any more queries if required
