I ve had upset stomach since Friday and can t rid of it. IM a Pepsi drinker usually drink two a day but it keeps upsetting my belly and when I eat fried foods or pizza. I have been eating antacids when needed two at least once a day, feel fine and it comes and goes like has bubbles and my belly hurts. Wasn t sure if it was gallbladder, upset from foods drinks, has bubbles or stomach big. Also get cramping at night time too, like gas. What do u think. IM tired of feeling like this. Thanks.
Well too much intake of Carbonated drinks can cause excessive intestinal gas formation that can in-turn cause bloating, flatulence etc..
So my suggestion is to consult an Emergency room and get yourself checked..
-As you are doing regular workouts it is a good practice.. -You should also take walk after meals.. -You should take small portions of food every 2 hours. -Avoid heavy and large fatty meals.. -You should also limit intake of frizzy drinks, smoking and excess chewing gums.. -You can take Simethicone as it help in reducing intestinal gas.. -Activated charcoal pills can be helpful.. -Drink sufficient water.. -chew your food slowly and properly..
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
