How To Get Rid Of Sore Tongue?

i recently tried crystal meth & now have sores on my tongue it hurts sooo bad & I'm not sure what to about it. What can I do to help get rid of the sore fast? They are rather painful (not too painful just makes me wanna curse & everytime I talk or eat or anything that may cause my tongue to go against my teeth it hurts. How can I speed up the healing of these sores?

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns...

As per your complain you have got an allergic reaction to the crystal meth leading to inflammation and ulceration of tongue..
First of all I would suggest you not to take it in future.
As of now you can gargle with numbing mouthwash containing Lignocaine for relief from pain.
You can gargle with 1:1 solution of benadryl and milk of magnesia.
Soda bicarb gargle can also help..
Take Ibuprofen or Tylenol for pain.
Anti allergics like Levocetrizine can be taken.
Take a multivitamin tablet for 15 days.
Suck on ice pops..
Drink plenty of water, take a soft diet.
Avoid spicy food..
