On your next visit for routine check-up ask you consulting doctor to test for any para nasal sinusitis, as pain from para nasal sinus may cause heaviness of head when head is bend downwards(mimicking pressure) and head ache due to high blood pressure (signs of pre-eclampsia). It is not unusual to have headache during pregnancy, but medications should be avoided unless the pain is unbearable when the consulting doctor can prescribe medication depending on the cause and patient condition.
