How To Get Rid Of Releasing Gas Frequently?

I ve suddenly become very gassy over the last three days. It started off on Saturday with a few here and there. Now it is constant, all day! In the beginning it didn t smell so bad but now it s a lingering smell. I don t understand where it came from and was wondering what medication to take?

Hello
Gas may be from something you ate, or by taking in gas by the mouth.
If you have been chewing gum, try to stop, as this can cause you to swallow air.
Next, cruciferous vegetables may be to blame. Try to eat less broccoli, onions, cauliflower and cabbage. During digestion, they produce gas.
Another culprit may be dairy products, such as cheese, milk, and ice cream. Many adults are lactose intolerant. If you cannot stay away from dairy, you can obtain lactaid pills.
Lastly, you can find a medication sold over the counter called Gas X which has the ingredient simethicone which you can try.
I hope this has been helpful
