How To Get Rid Of Red Burns Due To Holding Ice Cubes?

Hello, so just a few minutes ago me and my sister did this things called the salt and ice challenge. you put ice on your arm and hold and ice cube on it. We did this for about 50 seconds and now we have these huge red burns. Can you please tell us how to get rid of it?

Thanks for the query,
You must immediately dip the affected part in warm water.
Apply a mild steroid cream like hydrocortisone.
This will help in reducing inflammation.
Also take an anti inflammatory tablet.
A photograph would have helped me in giving a closer diagnosis.
