How To Get Rid Of Rashes On Penis ?

hi, I am 25 year old male. I have no medical history related to this. Recently i have noticed that my penis is developing small rashes . They don t itch or pain and are not red but they just look very bad. Please tell me what is wrong and how i can get rid of them. Thanks in advance.

It may be due to some allergy,it may be due to condom.
if there is poor hygiene of penis leading to deposition of smegma and some rashes on the penis.
Take some antihistamine orally and keep proper local hygiene.
