Dear Ravi,what I have understood it that you are having a boil in your genitals.This suggestive some infection.Please visit your doctor for examination and treatment.Pus is not coming out may because it is still in development phase.You need to take local as well as oral antibiotic for same.Please get an advise from your doctor.bye.
