How To Get Rid Of Pimples On Face Due To Hormonal Changes?

I am 21 years old. When I was 16, I start getting pimples on my face, doctors told me that my age is an age of hormone changing, so pimples are a natural process, but still even pimples appear on my face. What is this ? How long will it take to change or develop my hormones ? Or is this an other disease ? How can I get rid of useless pimples from my face ? Please guide me !Thanks !

Hi,

I can understand about your worry for acne on on your face. You are right, your age and hormonal imbalance might be the responsible factors, and remember, stress, tension,sleeplessness,oily food,dandruff and drugs like steroids can also cause or exacerbate the acne lesions.

You consult dermatologist for firm diagnosis and perfect treatment.

I would like to suggest...
- oral antibiotics like azithromycine or minocycline in proper doses
- application of clindamycine or adapalene gel on the acne lesions at night
- cleanse the face with antiseptic face wash
- ketoconazole shampoo to eradicate dandruff
