General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As per my surgical experience, the issue sounds to be a biochemical issue at enzyme or hormone levels most likely affecting the kidney's ability to concentrate the urine as well as sweat gland secretions.

A thorough evaluation with the endocrinologist for detailed workup of the underlying cause is mandatory rather than taking empiric therapy with vain results.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
