General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I suggest using antacids such as Mylanta to neutralize the acidity in the stomach. I also recommend using prescribed antibiotics which may be needed to kill the bacteria. I suggest Flagyl which is a prescribed medication.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
