How To Get Rid Of Oily Scalp And Hair Loss?

Hi, I have a very oily scalp. In addition I have begain hair loss 2-3 years ago and my hair is now much thinner than it previously was before. I am 25 years old. What is the best shampoo to use to a) remove oily scalp b) thicken and re-nourish my hair. Also how often should I be shampooing my hair if i am apply minoxidil cream twice a day? Does the scalp need to be shampooed each time? Many Thanks Arjun

Hi and thank you so much for this query.

Keeping the hair low and washing frequently is the best treatment for oily scalp. There is no need for any specific shampooing product. You do not need to shampoo the hair each time before applying the minoxidil cream, it doesn't work that way. Shampoo at the same rhythm you were before starting treatment but not daily.
