Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

Lipoma is generally not the cause of pain. I suggest you take rheumatologist or orthopedic surgeon's opinion regarding possible disease and treatment thereof.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Gopal Goel, Orthopaedic Surgeon
