How To Get Rid Of Itchy Vaginal Rash?

hi im 20 years old ... i have a vagainal rash and it itches so much and im a virgin so its not std ...i have fishy odors and discharge coming out of my vagina so i thought i spray some perfume on my pants and underwear so do you think thats why i have a rash ?? please help

I have gone through your query.Your problem is most likely Bacterial vaginosis and associated yeast infection.For my patients with such conditions i treat with combination of antibiotics like metronidazole or clindamycin plus clotrimazole in the form of vaginal suppository or oral tab.I also recommend them to use intimate wash regularly to normalize vaginal bacterial flora and PH and there by prevent from getting further infections.Hope this may help you.
