How To Get Rid Of Headache, Dizziness And Nausea?
I fell over the holiday weekend and hit my head on the ground within minutes I threw up x3. I am still experiencing headaches, some nausea and light headedness/dizziness especially upon standing. I see, hear and speak just fine...but task that make me think or requires standing for periods of time seem to make me dizzy and/or light headed.
