How To Get Rid Of Hard Lump In Between Her Rib Cage And Thigh?

my dog has a hard lump on her side between her rib cage and thigh, its growing bigger and its hard as rock, he one leg on the same side is all swollen and she cant walk on it. she has also lost lots of weight but still has her usual appetite. i cant figure out whats wrong with her
