How to get rid of hair fall, hair thinning & dandruff ?

Hello Doctor, I am 23 years old female. I am facing a lot of hair fall everyday while combing or tying my hair and most when i am shampooing them. My hair has gone thin..Its density has reduced. They are wavy. Moreover I have a dandruff or i guess a dry scalp problem. If I shampoo today then day after my scalp starts itching. Also my hair turns oily on the scalp area and very dry at the ends. I am also taking ayurvedic medicines for anemia but somehow they don t seem to work. Please help..It is very frustrating.
