How To Get Rid Of Foul Smell From Nose?
I have been experiencing a foul smell inside my nose for 7 months now. at first i thought i got it from swimming during summer and maybe i got a bacteria in the water that infected my implant. I had a rhinoplasty 10 years ago and I thought my nose may had been infected so I have the implant removed. I had 3 more surgeries because of the non-healing lesion that my doctor and I thought might be an infection again. the problem is, i do not have implant now and I still have that foul smell once in a while. I'm drained already thinking what remedy would help me so I can have my nose done again but I cannot proceed on that unless I the foul smell is gone. I really need help. What do you think is happening to me? what shall I do? Have I gotten some bacteria that causes my nose to emit foul smell? I have been treated with antibiotics but it doesn't help at all. What drug should I take and what is really causing the foul smell?

Hello,
The best thing we have to do is endoscopy of the nose to see what is the true picture is. It may be due to bacterial infection. It may also be due to Atrophic rhinitis due to surgery or due to any other cause.
Start nasal spray 2 puffs twice daily for 1 month. Take steam inhalation through nose. Start Solspray 2 puffs twice daily for 3 week.
Take a vitamin tablet once daily and take tablet Levocetirizine 1 tablet at bedtime. Maintain your proper diet with lots of protein like egg, fish.
