Hi, i AM 60 YERAS OLD AND ALTHOUGH HAVE HAD TIGHT FORESKINS OCCASSIONALLY WHEN YOUNGER I HAVE NOW A TIGHT FORESKIN FOR A COUPLE OF WEEKS, i THINK THERE HAS BEEN SOME DISCHARGE ALTHOUGH CANT BE SURE AS I HAVE BEEN APPLYING E45 CREAMiT IS BETTER THAN IT WAS

It could be an early sign of phimosis. As of now, you can apply topical anesthetic creams like lignocaine and slowly pull the foreskin. In severe cases, surgical correction including circumcision may be required.
