How To Get Rid Of Fever And Red Bumps Around Scrotum?
My husband has tiny red pimple like bumps in between his legs around scrtom, returned ten days ago from long flights from Europe and very dry weather here and allergies, started as dry area, now the red spots, also last night and today slight fever and couch.

It seems that there might be having friction bumps due to long flights.
Now there might be having secondary bacterial infection giving rise fever.
He might require one course of antibiotic medicine for 3-5 days.
Give paracetamol for fever and pain.
Apply antibiotic cream locally.
Keep local hygiene proper.
Ok and take care.
