How To Get Rid Of Eye Bags Underneath The Eyes?

Recently I got into a motorcycle accident and afterwards I had two very bad black eyes; swollen shut and purple. Now they are gone but they left very bad eye bags underneath my eyes and even when I wear make-up you can see the dark rings. In ten days it will be two months, one month since the swelling died down. What can I do to make them go away?

Also, the scars on my knees have very thin skin. If I accidently hit them I noticed there will be a blood clot appear almost immediately. Why is this?
