Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns.

As per your complain it seems that she has infection in her ear hole leading to pus formation..
Wearing metallic ear rings that are not made of gold that is an inert metal and does not react with water and air..
Other metals react to water and air and can cause decomposition of metal leading to allergic reaction to skin and it can also cause redness, inflammation, swelling and increased probability of infection..
The first thing that you should do is to remove the earring and do not wear till the infection resolves..
You can clean the area with antiseptic solution..
Apply a combination of antibiotic ointment and steroid ointment over it..
Do it atleast twice a day and gradually the lump will begin to shrink..
Once the infection resolves completely you can wear earrings made of either gold or plastic as these are inert materials and will not cause allergic reaction..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
