Hello Doctor , Iw ould like to know if there any remedy for Dry Skin ,and also i have wrinkles all over the body

apply moisturising cream over dry skin.
for wrinkles ,you have to eat balanced healthy diet full of fresh fruits & vegetables.
if you want quick relief for wrikles, you should go for botox therapy.
