How to get rid of dirt patches all over the body ?

Please tell me how to get rid of these "dirt patches" Hi. Me and my brother are teenagers, and both of us have started getting small patches all over our skin that resemble dirt but don t scrub off. They re on our chests, backs and faces. What could it be? *We are mixed race.

Welcome to HealthcareMagic forum,
Probably you have a fungal infection called TINEA VERSOCLOR..which manifest as small white or dark patches with scales over chest and back...try any antifungal preparation...consult a dermatologist for the same.
take care,
