Hi.. Till the present date, there is no cure for diabetes. However  stem cell replacement therapy is being tried to reverse the diabetic condition. These are still in the trial stages and the results of this therapy is still not known. This therapy involves replacing insulin secreting cells of the pancreas. Theoretically it is the cure for diabetes but the practical effects of this can only be know after completion of the trial. Hopefully we get positive result from this trial and we can have a cure for diabetes in the future...
