Hello there,
Dandruff is a fungal infection of the scalp that gets aggravated in humid conditions. You should wash your hair daily with a mild shampoo like J&J's baby shampoo and after washing apply nizoral shampoo on the areas of scalp that have dandruff. Let it remain for 15 mins and rinse it off with water.
Also change your pillowcases and bedsheets atleast weekly. This will prevent the infection from coming back.

Now to hairfall-
Are you tensed? Family problems, breakups, work issues anything?
Hair normally follows a 3 month cycle and any stress event in the last 3 months may have triggered hair loss which is continuing till now. If your stress is addressed and relieved you will see that hair fall decreases and your hair should stabilize in 2-3 months.

Your nutrition also has to be addressed. You should be getting adequate protein and iron as that will help your hair grow. Good protein sources include eggs, pulses, soya, meat. Iron is found in green vegetables like spinach, methi(fenugreek) or can be supplemented with iron tablets. If you eat out frequently or do not have fresh fruits and vegetables in your diet then you may consider taking a multivitamin on alternate days.

In addition minscalp solution can be applied as it promotes hair growth locally. You can apply it once a day with plastic/polythene gloves on the less dense areas of the scalp.

Hope this helps,
