How To Get Rid Of Cylindrical Eye Power?
i am 29 yrs old and have got my eye laser done 11 yrs ago but my no has come back with 0.75 in both the eyes and 0.75 cylindrical over and above it
what exercise should i do to remove this..can it be cured ? and what diet should i follow

Hello
It seems from the history that you are having refractive error in the form of astigmatism as you have cylindrical power.
There are no drugs or exercises available to decrease or to cure this power.
The treatment is by use of spectacles or by contact lenses.
If you do not want to use spectacles the next option is refractive laser surgery like LASIK.
