How To Get Rid Of Constipation?
Dear Doctor, This is the first time in life I am having constipation. Yesterday this problem started and took a laxative tablet (Canthalax) and one now. From day before yesterday I did not go for motion and the laxatives did not help. I do have the urge to go motion but i feel the stool is as hard as stone and it isn t coming out. My stomach is paining. I have the urge to go motion. Please help me out.

Constipation may be due to low fibre diet or sedentary lifestyle or altered food habits recently.
Use tablet pantoprazole before breakfast for one week. Use syrp Cremaffin plus 30 ml at night for five days. Benefiber or Metamucil may useful.
If symptoms not improved please consult your surgeon he may remove manually or by enema.
