How To Get Rid Of Bumps On Face?

HELP! 2-3 cm bump on my face? For months.?

It doesn't hurt much.. umm.. it's not open, it's closed, skin over. A little red. TINY dark red dot on top of it. Located by ear.. please help.. Should I get surgery ( :((((! ) or what? I've tried putting some heat on it.

Drugs like clindamycin or doxycyclin can help you. Consult your dermatologist and take treatment accordingly. Drink plenty of water. Avoid spicy and oily food.
