Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain it seems that due to long term application of bleach there has been chemical injury or burning of the skin with the strong chemicals present in the bleach..
If should not be applied more than 15 minutes..
You should wash your face with cold water frequently..
You can also do cool compresses over the face..
Take an anti-allergic like levocetrizine if there is burning or itching..
Apply cooled Aloevera gel over the face for soothing and cooling effect..
I would suggest you that it will be better not to use any skin cosmetic or chemical or steroid containing cream over the face..
As the dark patches are due to skin burn you will have to keep patience as they will fade gradually..
Once the skin becomes a bit firm you can apply Kojic acid containing creams..
Application of silicone gel can also help..
Avoid sun exposure..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
