How To Get Rid Of Belly Fat?

I've been trying to lose weight by jogging and dieting for 2 weeks now. but i don't do any strength training nor any sit-ups, crunches, etc. People have noticed that I've lost weight because my face became smaller, but there seems to be very small change around my belly and "love handles".(I've also noticed this when my sister and brother tried to lose weight, the face starts to become smaller but our belly's still looks the same). They say i should stop dieting but i'm still not satisfied with my belly because it still looks the same. My waist size is still 34. how do i get rid of belly fat and love handles just by jogging ? Is this possible? or do I have to do sit-ups/crunches/leg raises?

Your exercise and weight loss program is making progress. I recommend that you continue on your program. With time the weight loss will start on the abdominal area and waist. Just keep going and don't get discouraged.
