Hi, I am suffering from APD. I am taking Pentadoc DSR one tablet in morning daily and Digene syryp orally. But sometimes I got the severe acidity causing me acute upper abdominal pain and get relief after taking SOS. But this problem occur in spite of taking above medicine regularly. Another problem is that I get the anus fissure and burning sensation at the time of sever acidity. I also observe the high dryness around the anus area. This problem in continue from last 3 years. Please suggest any treatment to get permanently rid of this disease.
