How To Get Rid Of Acne Scars?
Good-morning Doctor.. I am 16 and I have been struggling with my acne scars since a long time. I tried variety of medicines . I consulted many dermatologists hoping for a recovery.But I didn t find any difference.Currently i am living in Saudi Arabia.I have got Old scars which is not fading away.Tried costly medicines but couldn t find any change.My acne s were red in color.But acne s just last for 1-2 days leaving scars on my face which lasts for lot of days.I would like to ask you for a solution to get rid of this acne scars. Thank-you

Hi. Acne scars dont respond much to topical medications. There are various treatment modalities like subcision, dermaroller, chemical peeling, dermabrasion and CO2 LASER. The choice of treatment depends on type of acne scars, cost factors and result desired. All these treatment needs few sessions for an appreciable cosmetic improvement. Hope it answers your queries
