Oval shaped bubbles form right under my chin and sometimes on my checkes, which I beleive are cyst. small White pimples and red pimples form mostly around my jaw and chin how the heck do I finally try to get rid of these things ? Also how to get rid of scares over past acne ? I have this huge scare on my nose from 3 huge pimples since forever, I still have the bump scare I could feel it. My acne has reduced with that quadriderm cream but I ran out and I broke out again pretty badly.

Hi. You are doing pretty serious harm to yourself. Quadriderm is a cream that contains clobetasol and prolong use of clobetasol is associated with many side effects including aggravation of pimples. Here i am sharing a link. Dermatologists from all over India are trying to create awareness about harmful effects of steroid abuse.

Now coming to your issue, consider your situation a dermatological emergency and rush to a nearby Dermatologist. You need carefully planned treatment under close monitoring. Meanwhile use Clindamycin gel (Nilac, Clindac A) twice daily and Emolene cream twice daily. STOP QUADRIDERM BEFORE ITS TOO LATE. Hope it helps
