How To Get Rid Of Acne And Black Heads?

hi sir , am 22 year old girl. i am suffering with my skin problem, that is on my back body there is lot ancne are .it just look like balck head type and due to this problem my back body colur is getting darker . i tried lot of creams and i consult one dermatologist .he prescribe drema view gel.but i didnt see any result.please help me sir..

Hi dear .

Well acne and blackheads are very common problem in teens due to blocked sebaceous gland pores . The pores get blockes because of various reasons like stress , hormonal changes and oily skin . I would suggest you to :-

- Wash yours kin with soap containing benzoyl peroxide , which is very effective for curing acne .

- Apply cream containing azelaic acid after washing your skin twice a days .

- Exfoliate your skin twice a week with non comedogenic exfoliant .

- Also apply vitamin E oil at night .

If condition doesn't improve in a month then consult dermatologist for proper evaluation of condition.

Doctor may prescribe steroid ointment , antibiotics ( clindamycin ) course for at least 10 days or isteritenoin .
